Trade terms, samples, test reports and the products we do not sell yet. If your question is not here, ask it directly — it probably belongs in this list.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ depends on the construction, the packing and whether the order is private label. Trial quantities are possible and are quoted case by case, together with the packing proposal. We would rather quote a small first order honestly than push a volume you cannot sell.
Can you send samples?
Yes. Sample and freight costs are normally carried by the buyer and can be credited against the first order, with the credit ceiling agreed in writing before dispatch. Ask for the sample in the construction you intend to buy, not a generic offcut — a sample only proves something if it matches the order.
How long is a quotation valid?
Standard offers are valid for 5 days, with the start and end dates printed on the offer. Raw material and freight move, so a price carried over from an expired sheet is a risk for both sides.
What are your payment terms for a first order?
T/T with a 40 % deposit and 60 % before loading. Open account terms are not offered to new buyers. Final terms are stated in the offer and repeated in the proforma invoice.
Do you supply under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is available after the artwork, roll colour, pack format and MOQ are approved. Send your label file and we will confirm print size against the finished roll diameter before the order is released.
Which Incoterm do you quote?
FOB Tianjin Xingang is the default basis. Other Incoterms are quoted on request, with freight re-checked on the day of the offer rather than carried over from an earlier quotation.
How many cartons fit in a container?
The loading quantity is calculated from the confirmed carton outside dimensions, roll count per carton and pallet plan. Reference figures from past shipments — for example 1,520 cartons of a 460 × 310 × 320 mm box in a 40HQ — are indications from a specific order, not a guarantee for yours.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes, for the construction on order. Alkali resistance, tensile strength, elongation and unit mass can be tested by an accredited laboratory. We do not forward a report issued for a different product, and we do not extrapolate strength values between constructions.
Is the 120 gsm outdoor cement-board tape available?
That product is still under sample validation and is not quoted as a standard item. The 70 gsm reference tape is not offered as an automatic substitute for a system-approved outdoor tape. If you need an outdoor system product, tell us which system you work with and we will say whether we can support it.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Chinese. Offers, specifications, packing lists and labels are issued in English, with Chinese documents available where needed for clearance.
