What we supply
Finished tape for distributors and retail brands, mesh fabric for render and composite work, and master rolls for buyers who convert locally. Every line is quoted from a written specification, not from a catalogue guess.
Finished rolls for drywall joint reinforcement and crack repair: the 70 gsm, 50/100 mm × 90 m tape with 3 × 3 mm or 2.85 × 2.85 mm mesh is a reference construction. Other finished weights and flexible mesh openings can be developed by order, from about 40 g/m² to 300 g/m² subject to the approved sample.

Woven mesh fabric for exterior render reinforcement and cementitious composites. The listed 45–160 gsm and 5–10 mesh constructions are references; weight and mesh count/opening can be developed flexibly by application and approved sample.

Two-pass coated master rolls at 1.0 m or 1.2 m wide and 1000–2000 m long, for buyers who slit and pack in their own market. Quoted after volume and unloading method are confirmed.
Master roll conditions
Label artwork, roll colour, pack count, carton print and mixed-carton plans are reviewed and approved before production — including retail packs for DIY channels.
Packing options
Mesh fabric used as the reinforcement layer in bonded abrasives — cutting discs, grinding wheels and flap-disc backing.
Application details
Yarn counts from 33 tex to 500 tex used in our own weaving and supplied to mesh and tape producers as a raw material.

From yarn to the container
Because the coating and slitting lines are ours, a change in mesh, adhesive level or roll geometry is an internal adjustment — not a supplier negotiation.
Glass fiber mesh fabric woven on our own looms, with warp and weft counts fixed by the product specification.
A sizing coat locks the weave first, then a pressure-sensitive adhesive coat makes the tape self-adhesive.
Master rolls slit to width on our own high-speed slitter, dual-shaft winding for tight, even rolls on a paper core.
Label and shrink wrap, then a neutral export carton sized for the container plan rather than the warehouse shelf.

Quality control
Incoming yarn, coating weight, finished roll and packed carton are each inspected before the next step starts. Buyers who need documented values get the test report for the construction they ordered.

Values are for the tested alkali-resistant mesh fabric construction (160 g/m², 4 × 4 mm, coated), report Z180419018, Hebei provincial construction-materials testing station. Other constructions are tested separately — please ask for the report that matches your specification.
Export & logistics
Carton dimensions and roll counts decide how much material leaves in one container. We calculate the load from measured cartons instead of repeating a quantity from an old sheet.
Quotations are prepared FOB Tianjin Xingang unless you ask for another Incoterm. Port charges are re-checked on the day of the quotation.
Carton outside dimensions, pallet or loose loading and mixed SKUs are planned together, then confirmed against the loading calculation.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection documents as required by the destination.
For Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan we confirm labelling and conformity requirements with your importer before production starts.
About fixed quantities: we do not guarantee a roll quantity per container until the carton outside dimensions, roll count and pallet plan are confirmed for your order. Reference loading figures from past shipments are indications, re-calculated for each specification.
How to order
Most delays in this trade come from an unconfirmed specification. We close those gaps before quoting, so the price you receive is the price you can act on.
Application, width, roll length, mesh size, finished weight, colour, trial or annual quantity, packing and destination port.
Against your sample or written sheet, including carton size, roll count per carton and the loading plan.
Sample and freight are normally on the buyer and can be credited against the first order, with the credit ceiling agreed in writing first.
Production dates are confirmed once quantity, artwork and deposit are in hand, and the loading date is confirmed back to you in writing.
