Weaving
Glass fiber mesh fabric woven to the warp and weft counts fixed by the product specification, then inspected for mesh regularity.
Production & quality
Weaving, coating, slitting, tube cutting and packing sit in the same plant. That is what makes a specification change an internal adjustment rather than a supplier negotiation — and what makes the loading plan something we can verify before the truck leaves.
Production chain
Each stage has its own check before the next one starts. If a roll fails a check, it is caught before it becomes a packed carton — not after it becomes a claim.
Glass fiber mesh fabric woven to the warp and weft counts fixed by the product specification, then inspected for mesh regularity.
A sizing (hard) coat stabilises the weave, then a pressure-sensitive adhesive coat makes the tape self-adhesive. Two oven zones, roughly 26 m and 14 m.
Master rolls slit to width with dual-shaft winding, so rolls arrive tight and even on the paper core instead of loose at the outside.
Label and shrink wrap per roll, then a neutral or printed export carton counted against the packing list before loading.
Equipment
The slitting, tube-cutting and packing equipment was developed and modified around the handling behaviour of coated fiberglass tape, and has been proven in high-volume production.
| Design | Developed in-house for coated fiberglass mesh master rolls |
|---|---|
| Function | Slitting and rewinding in one pass |
| Winding | Dual-shaft, tension-controlled |
| Unwind | Mechanical shaft for large-diameter master rolls |
| Operation | Single operator for roll changing and monitoring |
| Reference output | Approx. 15,000 m per 12-hour run |
| Control | PLC with touch-screen HMI; multi-language interface |
|---|---|
| Cutting | Servo synchronous tracking, tungsten carbide single blade |
| Accuracy | ≤ 0.15 mm |
| Cut length | 5–1700 mm |
| Tube inner diameter | 50–152 mm |
| Wall thickness | 1–20 mm |
| Speed | 1 cut per second |
| Power / air | 380 V 3-phase 50 Hz · 0.6 MPa |
| Footprint / weight | 2500 × 650 × 1220 mm · 900 kg |
| Parameter | L-sealer | Shrink tunnel |
|---|---|---|
| Model | SF-400LA / SF-400LAC | SF-4525 |
| Power | 2.2 kW · AC 220 V 1-phase | 9 kW · AC 380 V 3-phase |
| Max pack size | L+H ≤ 530 mm, W+H ≤ 430 mm, H ≤ 135 mm | 1000 × 300 × 200 mm |
| Speed | 15 m/min | 0–20 m/min |
| Film | POF shrink film, with anti-stick PTFE-coated sealing blade and automatic scrap take-up | |
POF film and other consumables can be shipped in the same container as your order, so a buyer does not have to source packing material locally before starting production.
Quality & testing
In-house checks run at four points in the chain. Where a buyer or a standard requires third-party proof, the report is issued for the construction actually shipped.
Alkali resistance, tensile strength, elongation and unit mass are tested by accredited laboratories when a buyer requires it. Test reports and technical data sheets are shared for the specific construction on order — we do not forward a report for a different product.
| Property | Standard | Tested value |
|---|---|---|
| Mass per unit area | ≥ 130 g/m² | 162 g/m² |
| Alkali-resistant tensile, warp | ≥ 750 N/50 mm | 882 N/50 mm |
| Alkali-resistant tensile, weft | ≥ 750 N/50 mm | 1,134 N/50 mm |
| Tensile strength retention, warp | ≥ 50 % | 52 % |
| Tensile strength retention, weft | ≥ 50 % | 53 % |
| Elongation at break, warp | ≤ 5.0 % | 3.8 % |
| Elongation at break, weft | ≤ 5.0 % | 4.0 % |
Tested construction: coated alkali-resistant mesh fabric, nominal 160 g/m², 4 × 4 mm opening, 100 tex warp and 500 tex weft. Report Z180419018, Hebei provincial construction-materials testing station. All seven values were judged conforming. Values apply to this construction only; other constructions are tested separately.
Strength values are not extrapolated between products. A different mesh opening, yarn count or coating weight changes the result, so each construction is measured rather than estimated.
Packing & loading
Container fill is decided by carton outside dimensions, roll diameter and the loading arrangement. We calculate it for your order instead of repeating a figure from an earlier shipment.
| Carton used | 460 × 310 × 320 mm (reference standard box) |
|---|---|
| Container | 40HQ |
| Cartons loaded | 1,520 cartons |
| Condition | Specific carton, roll count and customer packing; not a guaranteed figure |
Every new order is re-calculated from the confirmed carton size, pallet or floor loading and mixed-SKU plan, then verified when the container is packed.
Outside dimensions, board grade, gross weight and whether the carton travels on a pallet.
Cartons are tested in the available loading positions against the container's internal dimensions, allowing for door height and floor condition.
Rolls per carton and per pallet are locked so the packing list, carton count and container plan agree.
The packed container is checked against the plan; documents are issued from the verified count.
No fixed quantity promise: we quote a loading quantity only after the carton and packing are confirmed. Historical figures from other customers are references, not contract terms.
Export service
Export is handled in-house: quotation, proforma, production, inspection, loading and the document set your bank or customs broker expects.
Our default quotation basis. Other Incoterms are quoted on request, with freight re-checked on the day rather than carried over from an old offer.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection documents. Additional certification or legalisation is arranged when the destination needs it.
Offers, specifications, packing lists and labels are issued in English. Chinese-language documents are available for domestic clearance purposes.
| Item | Standard position | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Incoterm | FOB Tianjin Xingang | Other terms quoted on request |
| Payment | T/T — 40 % deposit, 60 % before loading | No open account terms for new buyers |
| Quotation validity | 5 days | Start and end dates are printed on the offer |
| Samples | Sample and freight on the buyer, creditable against the first order | Credit ceiling agreed in writing before dispatch |
| Lead time | Confirmed after quantity, artwork and deposit | Production dates are confirmed in writing, not estimated |
| Labels & conformity | Buyer provides destination requirements | Conformity path confirmed with your importer before production |
These are the standard positions for a first order. They are stated here so that there is no surprise at the proforma stage — final terms are confirmed in the offer.
Development pipeline
Buyers deserve to know the difference between a product we ship every week and one we are still validating. These are in development and are not quoted as standard products.
Under sample validation for outdoor cement-board systems. Until the validation closes, the 70 gsm reference tape is not offered as a substitute for a system-approved outdoor tape.
Unusual mesh openings, colours, widths and adhesive levels are assessed case by case. If a construction sits outside our process window, we say so before sampling.
The plant
Weaving floor, coating line, slitting department, packing area and finished-goods store — the whole sequence at one site in Tianjin, China.

Send the construction and the volume you have in mind. We will confirm what the line can hold, what the carton will be, and what the loading looks like.
