Six product lines built around fiberglass mesh, plus one related material for industrial floors. Finished weights for fiberglass mesh and tape can be developed from about 40 g/m² to 300 g/m² by order, subject to the application, yarn, coating and approved sample. Mesh count and opening are flexible; every table below is a starting point, not a closed range.

01 · Core offer
Self-adhesive fiberglass mesh tape
The mature export line: a 70 gsm reference finished tape for drywall joint reinforcement and crack repair, supplied to distributors, private-label brands and project buyers. Other finished weights and mesh constructions can be developed by order.
Applications
- Reinforcing drywall and gypsum-board joints.
- Crack repair and patching in plaster and render.
- Distribution under the buyer's own label, subject to packing approval.
Outdoor cement-board systems: an approximately 120 gsm outdoor tape is under separate validation. The 70 gsm reference construction is not offered as an automatic substitute for a validated outdoor system tape.

A 460 × 310 × 320 mm carton has been used as a reference in past shipments for this range. Carton outside dimensions and roll counts are re-confirmed for each order, because they decide the container loading plan.
02 · Render & composite
Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh fabric
Woven mesh fabric for exterior render reinforcement, cementitious composites and stone backing. Supplied coated or uncoated, on 1 m rolls or as master rolls.

Openings are nominal conversions of the mesh count; the approved sample governs. Mesh count and opening are flexible by application. Alkali-resistant sizing is applied for render applications. Other widths, weights and roll lengths can be produced to order; the table is not an exhaustive range.

- Base-coat reinforcement over exterior insulation boards (ETICS / EIFS).
- Render and plaster crack control.
- GRC, thin precast elements and stone backing.
- Reinforcement mesh for bonded abrasives.
Alkali-resistance test data for the reference construction (160 g/m², 4 × 4 mm) is published on the quality page. Every other construction is tested separately — ask for the report that matches your order.
03 · For converters
Coated master rolls & converting grades
For buyers with slitting and packing capability in their own market. Master rolls are quoted after volume, winding and unloading method are agreed.

Equipment for local converting is discussed only after stable monthly consumption and converting capability are demonstrated — we do not sell a line into an unproven volume.
04 · Private label
Your brand on the roll and the carton.
Own-label supply works when the artwork, roll count and carton are fixed before production. We review all of it with you, in writing, before the order is released.
- Label artwork — your file, checked for print size and roll diameter.
- Roll colour and print — plain, printed mesh or coloured yarn per order.
- Pack format — shrink wrap, individual label, display pack or bulk roll.
- Carton — neutral export carton or printed carton with your branding.
- Mixed cartons — combinations of widths and SKUs, planned with the loading calculation.
Certification and conformity marks are only printed where the product and destination actually support them. We do not print a claim on a carton that the shipment cannot back up.
05 · Industrial
Abrasive & grinding-wheel reinforcement mesh
Mesh fabric used as the reinforcement layer inside bonded abrasives, where consistent mesh geometry and clean yarn matter more than surface finish.

Abrasive constructions are usually fixed by the disc or wheel manufacturer's own process. Send the mesh opening, weight, width and disc diameter you use, and we will confirm feasibility against the requested application and approved sample.
06 · Upstream
Glass fiber yarn
Yarn is where mesh strength starts. We use these counts in our own weaving and supply them as a raw material to mesh and tape producers.

Counts, twist and package size are confirmed against your weaving plan. Tell us the mesh opening and target tensile strength, and we will propose the yarn combination that reaches it.
07 · Related material
Non-metallic floor hardener, I-type
A dry-shake hardener applied monolithically with fresh concrete to build a wear-resistant surface for industrial floors. Supplied alongside our mesh range for buyers who serve the same construction channel.

Applied by dry-shake in two passes while the concrete is still plastic, then power-trowelled. This is not a stand-alone topping — renovation of an existing floor needs a separate assessment of substrate strength and bond.

Enquiries that arrive with these details are answered with a usable price in the first reply. Enquiries without them get a question back — that is not a delay tactic, it is the only way to quote a construction accurately.
- Application — drywall joints, render, composite, abrasive or other.
- Width, roll length and mesh opening (in mm or mesh count).
- Finished weight in g/m², and whether coated or uncoated.
- Colour, adhesive level and core diameter if specified.
- Trial quantity and expected annual volume.
- Packing — neutral carton, printed carton or private label.
- Destination port, Incoterm and any conformity requirement.
- Whether a sample must be approved before the order.
